01 / 04Bring partner capabilities into the customer story.
A reconstruction of the positioning and launch approach for partner integrations. It depicts the commercial story, not the technical architecture.

The challenge

The integrations connected credentialing with background screening and occupational health. Customers needed to understand what each connection meant for their workflow, across both direct and account-managed purchases.

My approach

Explain the workflow value

I developed positioning around customer needs and aligned internal and partner teams on the product story and launch sequence.

Support both ways to buy

I carried that story into seller one-pagers, in-app campaigns, LinkedIn content, and joint press releases. Messaging supported credit-card purchases and account-managed sales through Credentialing Advantage.

The outcome

The launches gave customers a self-service path and an account-managed path, with shared messaging across partner and internal teams.
